[ios] Ringotan disabling background audio

According to DynamiteGazelle on Reddit, Ringotan disables music that's playing in the background when it plays audio. It should not do that.

For me it immediately pauses music that’s playing just by opening the app. I’d love if it didn’t interfere with music at all. I already have all audio turned off in the app so I’m not sure why it still affects music?
